Ghum ye nahi ki woh bhool gaye humko

Par har pal yaad karte hai hum unko

Tanhai mein bhi unki yaad tanha nahi chodti

dil bhar aata hai par lafz nahi hoti

Kaise kahe unko, unki har baat yaad aati hai

Har woh cheez jo dil ko chu jaati hai

Dil poochta hai kya woh bhi hame yaad karte hai

Jawab toh nahi hota par ehasaas ki kami hoti hai

Kaise kahe hasi ke peeche chupe dard ko

Roti hui aankhon ke sapno ko

Koi padsake is khamoshi ko

Toh jaan jaye dard ki geharai ko
